- Box 14 will include a box to add COVID-19 wages.
- For 2023, W-2's (as well as 1099's and 1095's) will be sent to viewpdf, and then printing will be done through Adobe.
- For 2023, the electronic file is due January 31st for electronic filers and now requires a 2 factor identifier.
