What This Process Does
- This report lists all employees in the selected Pay ID for whom a check or direct deposit transmittal will be printed or otherwise distributed to the employee. It also includes employees with zero net and employees not getting paid for whom Board Paid Benefits were entered.
Best Practice
- Recommendation - We recommend that you review this report as one last opportunity to verify employees' gross, deduction and leave amounts before printing checks and transmittals. (Up to this point in the payroll process, the information found on the Payroll Register should have been previously verified on the Total Select Payroll Report, Deduction Register and Earned and/or Used Leave Audit Trails, respectively.)
