- The Select Tab offers other options to select specific groups of employees.
Adding Additional Coverage Codes in Mass with Codes Already Set:
- To avoid overriding codes that have been previously populated on employees in Personnel Demographics, do the following:
- On the Range tab, check the range for GHI Coverage Code, and leave the FROM and TO fields blank.
- Complete any other necessary ranging to choose the group that should receive that code.
- Once all ranging is complete, click on Select.
- The Coverage Code will only be added to those employees that had “NA” in the Coverage Code field.
