What This Process Does
- This process creates a User Define Report Submenu under the Reports menu in a particular module with the assigned report.
- The specific module is dependent on the report that is added.
Requirements
- Existing Report - The report you are wanting to add to the User Define Reports must exist in OpenRDA.
Add User Report Submenu
- System Administration → Report Generation / Devices → Add User Report Submenu
- Choose the module you want the report to appear under the User Define Report Submenu.
- In the Report field, enter the name as indicated on the top of the report.
- For example: If you want to assign the Expenditure Summary Report to the User Define Report Submenu and the header of the report is EXPSUM-ORDER RANGE SCREEN, the name of the report is EXPSUM-ORDER.
- You will type EXPSUM-ORDER into the Report field (DO NOT include RANGE SCREEN in the name).
- You must type in the name of the report exactly as it appears on the header. If you do not, the report will not be assigned to the User Define Report Submenu.
- The parent number field is non-editable and will remain the same.
- The Rank (Order) field is a numerical field indicating the order in which the report should be listed.
- In the Label Field, enter what you want the report menu to be named.
- After all fields have been populated, click Save.
