Requirements


  • F.A.S.T Level 1, F.A.S.T Level 2 or F.A.S.T Level 3


Important


  • Dumping a report to a csv file will not look like the report that you print out.


  1. Select a Report.
  2. Populate Range Screen.
  3. Run Report.
  4. When the Device Window displays – You will see a button labeled CSV beside the Device Name field.
  5. Click the CSV button. (It will look like nothing has happened – but this function stores a .csv format of the report in that modules filing cabinet)
  6. Cancel out of the Device Window.


  • At this point in time the file is being stored in E-Documents.   You can follow the instructions below to do the following:
    • Email to Auditor or other individuals
    • Open & Manipulate in Microsoft Excel


File in E-Documents


  1. Access E-Documents within the module where the report was filed.
  2. You will see the Archive Name with a .csv extension.
  3. Highlight the archive name.
  4. Select the View Archive button that looks like a computer monitor.
  5. When the Text Import screen opens – verify that the section labeled Separated By is selected & that the Comma box is checked (Make sure that all other boxes are unchecked).
  6. Then Select OK.
  7. This will open the file in Open Office Spreadsheet.
