What This Screen Shows
- This screen shows a list of partial accounts that are organized based on student activity projects set up in OpenRDA.
- When an account is selected, its maintain screen shows you two dimensions (the fund and project), whether the project is active, its description and its beginning balance for the current fiscal year.
Best Practices
- Closing Ending Balances - When a new fiscal year is activated and you wish to keep the same beginning balances as the previous fiscal year, run the Close Project Ending Balances report under the Maintenance submenu in Financial Management. Use caution when running this report (explained further in report documentation).
Requirements
- School Projects - Usually established for school systems who wish to keep track of student activity projects.

- Finance → Financial Management → Query → Beginning Balances
