What This Process Does


  • This process allows you to import Social Services Warrant checks into RDA.


Import Social Services Checks


  1. Finance → Bank Reconciliation → Setup → Generic Setup Variables
  2. Select Social Services tab and make sure that Social Services Bank Identification matches the Bank Identification of your import file.
  3. Finance → Bank Reconciliation → Other Tab → Import Social Services Warrants
  4. Populate Filename field with the name of your import file and then hit the Select button.

Filename——♦Name of import file
Warrant Date—♦—Date on the warrant file
Opt. = Optional  Rec. = Recommended  Req. = Required
