What This Report Shows
- This report shows Appropriations, Encumbrances, Expenditures, Available Balance, and Percent Used. The information for each account is listed in a columnar format.
- Each account is displayed by fiscal year followed by a monthly total of the amounts in each category.
- This report provides a nice snapshot of the activity in each account by month.
Requirements
- Existing Masters - The account master and year master must exist.
Expenditure Trends Report
- Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Expenditure → Trends
- Choose desired range criteria.
- Click on Select (Process wheel) to run the report.
