Expenditure Trends Report - Monthly

What This Report Shows
- This report shows Appropriations, Encumbrances, Expenditures, Available Balance, and Percent Used and is displayed horizontally across the page.
- Each account is displayed for the fiscal year chosen followed by a monthly total of the amounts in each category.
- This report provides a nice snapshot of the activity in each account by month.
Requirements
- Existing Masters - The account master and year master must exist.
- Existing Amounts - Only accounts that have an appropriation, encumbrance or expenditure amount will select.
Expenditure Monthly Trends Report
- Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Expenditure → Monthly Trends
- Choose desired range criteria.
- Click on Select (Process wheel) to run the report.
