What This Report Shows


  • This report shows Appropriations, Encumbrances, Expenditures, Available Balance, and Percent Used and is displayed horizontally across the page.
  • Each account is displayed for the fiscal year chosen followed by a monthly total of the amounts in each category.
  • This report provides a nice snapshot of the activity in each account by month.


Requirements


  • Existing Masters - The account master and year master must exist.
  • Existing Amounts - Only accounts that have an appropriation, encumbrance or expenditure amount will select.


Expenditure Monthly Trends Report


  1. Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Expenditure → Monthly Trends
  2. Choose desired range criteria.
  3. Click on Select (Process wheel) to run the report.

Fiscal YearThe fiscal year the information is required for
Page Break on FundSelect to create a page break after each fund
Print Fund Totals OnlySet to true to:
  • list fund totals for Estimated Revenues
  • list totals for each of the 14 fiscal months
  • list Percent Realized (Revenue as a percentage of Estimated Revenues)
FundThe fund the accounts belong to
Account CodeSpecify the account code or range of accounts the information is required for
Opt. = Optional  Rec. = Recommended  Req. = Required
