What This Report Shows


  • This report shows Estimated Revenue, Revenue, Unrealized Balance and Realized Balance and is displayed horizontally across the page.
  • Each account is displayed for the fiscal year chosen followed by a monthly total of the amounts in each category.
  • This report provides a nice snapshot of the activity in each account by month.


Requirements


  • Existing Masters - The account master and year master must exist.
  • Existing Amounts - Only accounts that have an estimated revenue or revenue amount will select.


Revenue Monthly Trends Report


  1. Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Revenue → Monthly Trends
  2. Choose desired range criteria.
  3. Click on Select (Process wheel) to run the report.

Fiscal Year——♦The fiscal year the information is required for
Page Break on Fund♦——Select to create a page break after each fund
Print Fund Totals Only♦——Set to true to:
  • list fund totals for Estimated Revenues
  • list totals for each of the 14 fiscal months
  • list Percent Realized (Revenue as a percentage of Estimated Revenues)
Fund—♦—The fund the accounts belong to
Account Code♦——Specify the account code or range of accounts the information is required for
Opt. = Optional  Rec. = Recommended  Req. = Required
