What This Report Does
- This process produces the Check Controls Report.
- The report will also display change in fund balance for the selected period.
Best Practices
- Monthly Report - The Check Controls Report should be run monthly to ensure that the revenue and expenditure subsidiary totals are the same as the Expenditure and Revenue Control code balances.
Requirements
- Posted - All transactions for the period should be posted.
Check Controls Report
- Financial Management → Reports → Month End Reports → Check Controls
- On the Select tab, the fiscal year and month must be entered. Other fields are optional.
- On the Range tab, range criteria may be entered but is optional.
- On the define components tab, additional summary totals are available within the balance sheet code structure.
