Combined Account Type - Summary Report

What This Report Shows
- This report is similar to the Expenditure and Revenue Summary Report, however it includes both account types and G/L (Balance Sheet) account codes if included.
- Unlike the individual account type summary reports, where you have the option to separate the dimensions, the account codes are presented on one line.
- Each account type provides the following information for each account code:
- Expenditure
- Appropriations Year-to-Date
- Outstanding Encumbrances Year-to-Date
- Expenditures for the fiscal month
- Expenditures Year-to-Date
- Available Balance Year-to-Date
- Percentage Used
- Revenue
- Estimated Revenue Year-to-Date
- Revenue for the fiscal month
- Revenue Year-to-Date
- Unrealized Revenue Year-to-Date
- Percentage Realized
Combined Account Type – Summary Report
- Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Combined Account Type → Summary Report
- Range accordingly in the Select and Range Tab.
- Once all necessary fields are populated, click Run Report (process wheel).

Exclude G/L Accounts | ♦ | — | — | Set to TRUE to remove G/L (Balance Sheet) accounts from the report; this will also make available the Account Manager and Grand ID in the Range Criteria |
