What This Report Shows


  • This report will show balance sheet amounts (assets, liabilities, fund equity) for funds that are assigned to a specific fund group.
  • The fund group amount is provided under each column next to each balance sheet section.
  • All assets, liabilities, fund equity and budgetary control amounts are totaled.


Requirements


  • Each fund that you wish to appear on this report must be properly set up in the Setup → Financial Reporting submenu in Financial Management.
  • Each fund must be defined with a fund type and assigned to a fund group. The latter being the most important for this report.


G/L by Group Report


  1. Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → G/L → G/L by Group
  2. Type in the fiscal year and fund groups you wish to view on the report.
  3. In the Range tab, range accordingly if necessary.
  4. Click Select to view the report.

SubtitleAn optional title given to the report
Fiscal YearThe fiscal year where amounts will be drawn from
Group 1 - 6Each field represents a group that will shown on the report
Type 7 Title 1If more than six groups will be represented, a title can be given to the last column to classify the fund group (or groups) presented
Type 7 Title 2See above
Major FundSet to true if you wish for major funds to be shown (setup on the fund definition screen in Setup)
