What This Report Shows


  • Revenue, Expenditure and Fund Equity summary amounts for the chosen dimension are displayed.
  • Dimension amounts will display under the corresponding fund column.
  • The amounts derive from the year files of each type (FINEYR, FINRYE, FINBYR).
  • Based on the period chosen, the amounts for each type are shown through that period, not on that period (ex. If January is chosen, the report shows amounts from the beginning of the fiscal year through January, not only the amounts for January).


Requirements


  • Fund Definition - In order to properly run this report, each fund that you wish to see must be defined. This is done on the set up menu.


Account Statement Summary by Fund Report


  1. Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Combined Account Type → Account Statement Summary by Fund
  2. Enter the fiscal year and fiscal period (which).
  3. Populate which dimensions you wish to see for each type.
  4. Choose the funds you wish to see.
  5. Range accordingly if necessary on the Range Tab.
  6. Once all necessary fields are populated, click Select (process wheel).

Type 7 Title 1 & 2If more than six funds are chosen, the seventh column will be for combined funds; a title is recommended to classify this combination; i.e. Combined Funds
