What This Report Shows


  • This report combines expenditure and revenue accounts for a selected fiscal year.
  • The information is sorted by expenditure and revenue reference types.
  • Detailed amounts by account code can print or reference type totals only.


Requirements


  • Year-To-Date/Amendment Amounts - For records to select, there must be a year-to-date amount or amendment amount.


Combined Report by Reference Type


  1. Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Combined Account Type → Combined Report by Reference Type
  2. Fill in the appropriate fiscal year.
  3. Range accordingly if necessary.
  4. Click Select (Process wheel).

Select Inactive AccountsSet to TRUE to show inactive account information

Range CriteriaRange accordingly if necessary
