Project Report

What This Report Shows


  • This report will show the beginning balance, debits, credits and ending balance of a dimension shared by both an expenditure and revenue account type.
  • The dimension that immediately follows the fund is married (merged).


Step-by-Step


  1. Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Combined Account Type → Project Report
  2. Range accordingly in the Select and Range Tab.
  3. Once all necessary fields are populated, click Run Report (process wheel).


FIELDSOpt.Rec.Req.Description
Fiscal YearThe fiscal year in which the information is pulled from and shown
Fiscal MonthThe fiscal month in which the information is pulled from and shown
Include EncumbrancesSet to TRUE if you wish to add an extra column that will include an outstanding encumbrance amount next to each shared dimension (specifically for the expenditure account dimension)
MTD OnlySet to TRUE if you wish to see information for a specific month; if set to FALSE the information shown will be through the fiscal month selected
Select Active AccountsSet to TRUE to show active account information
Select Inactive AccountsSet to TRUE to show inactive account information
1st Dimension (Fund)Range on the fund you wish to see shown
2nd DimensionRange on the shared dimension you wish to see shown
Opt. = Optional  Rec. = Recommended  Req. = Required


Shared Dimension Report


What This Report Shows


  • This report will marry the dimension immediately after the fund when that dimension is the same in Expenditures and Revenues.


Step-by-Step


  1. Finance → Financial Management → Reports → Summary → Combined Account Type → Shared Dimension Report
  2. Range accordingly in the Select and Range Tab.
  3. Once all necessary fields are populated, click Run Report (process wheel).
