What This Process Does
- This process allows the user to query documents that have been attached to Item IDs in the Inventory Control module.
Requirements
- Level 3 of the Archive Module (F.A.S.T.) is required for attach document features.
Query Documents
- Procurement → Inventory Control → Query → Documents
- Populate the necessary fields to select the desired records. Once fields are populated, click the Select button.
- A list of documents that have been attached to Item IDs will show in a browse screen.
- Highlight one of the documents and click the Select button to see more information regarding this document.
- Click Cancel.
