What This Process Does


  • This process allows the user to query documents that have been attached to Item IDs in the Inventory Control module.


Requirements


  • Level 3 of the Archive Module (F.A.S.T.) is required for attach document features.


Query Documents


  1. Procurement → Inventory Control → Query → Documents
  2. Populate the necessary fields to select the desired records. Once fields are populated, click the Select button.
  3. A list of documents that have been attached to Item IDs will show in a browse screen.
  4. Highlight one of the documents and click the Select button to see more information regarding this document.
  5. Click Cancel.
