What This Process Does
- This report produces a comma-delimited file.
- The file will automatically be archived in Payroll's E-Documents.
- The report selects based on job pay rates and is meant to be used for one calendar or fiscal year. Employees can be sorted by Personnel ID, Last Name, or Social Security Number.
- The report contains the following information: Personnel Identification, Name, Address, Gender, Hire Date, Adjusted Hire Date, Regular Salary, Bonus Amount, Overtime Amount, Annual Wages, and Job Description.
NOTE: Employee Name can be in separate fields (columns) by selecting this option on the Select tab.
NOTE: Job Description will come from the primary job. Since the source of this export is the job pay rates, the employee must be paid their primary job within the calendar or fiscal year selected.
