ESS Employee Table View

 

Administrators can ACCESS ESS Employee Masters (Employee Personnel Demographic Information) in ESS Employee Table View from the Admin Features Dashboard.

 

Step 1: On the Admin Features DashboardClick ESS Employee Table View


 

Columns seen in the ESS Employee Table View can be Selected as Desired.

Step 2: Click the Three Dots at the TOP RIGHT of ANY COLUMN to reveal the Sort & Filter Dropdown Menu ~ Sort and/or Filter as Desired

Checking Column ALLOWS Visibility ~ Unchecking Column REMOVES Visibility

 

 

Employees seen in the ESS Employee Table View can be Sorted/Filtered as Desired.

Step 3: Click the Three Dots at the TOP RIGHT of ANY COLUMN to reveal the Sort & Filter Dropdown Menu ~ Sort and/or Filter as Desired 


NOTE: Options to Sort in Ascending Order and/or Sort in Descending Order are displayed here.

 

Step 4: In the Filter Dropdown ~ Make Selections as Desired

Step 5: Click Filter


 

Visibility/Sort/Filter Settings can be Saved as the Default using the following 3 Steps:

1: Click Save

 

2: Enter the Desired Name for the Setting ~ Check/Select Site Default ~ Click Submit

 

3: Click Ok

 

Step 6: On the ESS Employee Table View ~ Locate the Desired Employee

Step 7: Select/Highlight/Click on the Employee

Step 8: Right Click on the Chosen Employee

Step 9: Click View ESS Employee Masters

 

 

 

NOTE: From the Employee Master View ADMINS can do the following: Request Data Changes, Change the Password, Lock the Account, Download Personnel Documents, and View/Export Leave Balances.
