Request Data Changes

 

Employees can REQUEST Data Changes to Personnel Demographic Information from the Employee Master View.

 

Step 1: Click Request Data Change

 

 

Step 2: On the Change Employee Data Form ~ Complete the Desired Fields with Updated Data (as needed)

    Email Address, Cell/Home/Work Phones, Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number, and/or Physical/Mailing/Emergency Addresses

Step 3: Click Confirm

 

NOTEUse the Copy Buttons to Copy the New Physical Address to the Mailing and Emergency Addresses (as needed)
