Complete the attached form and send it along with a copy of your current check stock to danica.schaefer@rdasys.com.
If this is a reorder and you have any changes to your order, be sure to mark Repeat with Changes. Changes can include: different color, new address, new bank name, new sorting sequence, new account or routing number, etc.
Be sure to note changes on the copy of the current check stock that you are sending in with the order form.
If this is a new order, ask your bank for a MICR line specification sheet to send in with your order form.
Be sure to provide an actual quantity and not number of boxes you would like to order. Box sizes have varied over the years and the printer will not know how many you need if you just list the number of boxes.
