Forgot Password/Username

 

Employees can USE Forgot password/Forgot username on the Login Screen to Reset the Password and/or Retrieve the Username if they are unable to log in.

 

Step 1: Click Forgot password OR Forgot username (as necessary)

Step 2: On the Reset Password Screen ~ Enter the User ID/Username and Email Address

 

NOTE: The email address MUST MATCH the email address recorded in ESS.

 

Step 3: Click Reset Password

Step 3: Click Send Username
