Set/Unset 2020 W4 Flag in
Personnel Demographics
Administrators can SET/UNSET the 2020 W4 Flag in Personnel Demographics in MASS and/or Individually in OpenRDA.
Step 1: In OpenRDA ~ HR → Personnel → Maintenance → Open Self Serve → Set 2020 W4 Flag in Demographics
on the Resources Tab
Step 2: Select/Check OR…Unselect/Uncheck 2020 W4 flag
Step 3: Leave the Deduction Description Identification Field BLANK to set FEDERAL2020 in MASS
Step 4: Click Select (Cog) to Set ALL 2020 W4 Flags in Personnel Demographics
to SET Flag for Specified Employees, Groups, etc
Step 4: On the Range and Select Tabs ~ Range and Select as Desired
Step 5: Click Select (Cog) to Set Chosen W4 Flags in Personnel Demographics
to SET Flag Individually in Personnel Demographics
Step 1: Select/Check OR…Unselect/Uncheck 2020 W4
Step 2: Click Save
