To create the charges and 1st half bills:


  1. go to the Class Configuration Dashboard (orange button)
  2. Rollovers
  3. Class Configurations
  4. set Tax Year dropdown to last year
  5. set Billable Type dropdown to Consumer
  6. if there are records in the TV, then click Roll Class Configurations. If there are no records in the TV, then move onto the next step
  7. Billables
  8. change Billable Type dropdown to Consumer
  9. click Roll Billables (purple button)
  10. click OK
  11. go to the Consumer Compute TV
  12. change your Tax Year dropdown to the year you are preparing for
  13. click the magnifying glass next to Compute Group
  14. search and select SEWER BILLS
  15. click Compute Charge (purple)
  16. click Confirm
  17. close the Process Information window
  18. click Verify Charges
  19. select the SEWER BILLS record in the TV
  20. click Run Report (purple)
  21. wait for the process to finish. Once the Process Information window says "complete", close the window
  22. go to Transactions Dashboard (blue button with white pencil)
  23. click Create Statements button towards the middle of the screen
  24. set StatementGroup to Sewer Bills
  25. select the record in the TV
  26. click Create Statements (purple)
  27. click OK
  28. go to the Statements TV
  29. find the Sewer Bills, and run the Print Statement By Billing Period


To create the bills for the 2nd half

  1. go to the Statements TV
  2. find the Sewer Bills, and run the Print Statement By Billing Period
