To create the charges and 1st half bills:
- go to the Class Configuration Dashboard (orange button)
- Rollovers
- Class Configurations
- set Tax Year dropdown to last year
- set Billable Type dropdown to Consumer
- if there are records in the TV, then click Roll Class Configurations. If there are no records in the TV, then move onto the next step
- Billables
- change Billable Type dropdown to Consumer
- click Roll Billables (purple button)
- click OK
- go to the Consumer Compute TV
- change your Tax Year dropdown to the year you are preparing for
- click the magnifying glass next to Compute Group
- search and select SEWER BILLS
- click Compute Charge (purple)
- click Confirm
- close the Process Information window
- click Verify Charges
- select the SEWER BILLS record in the TV
- click Run Report (purple)
- wait for the process to finish. Once the Process Information window says "complete", close the window
- go to Transactions Dashboard (blue button with white pencil)
- click Create Statements button towards the middle of the screen
- set StatementGroup to Sewer Bills
- select the record in the TV
- click Create Statements (purple)
- click OK
- go to the Statements TV
- find the Sewer Bills, and run the Print Statement By Billing Period
To create the bills for the 2nd half
- go to the Statements TV
- find the Sewer Bills, and run the Print Statement By Billing Period
