1. go to the Real Estate Table View
  2. make sure Tax Year dropdown is set to 2023
  3. click Add at the top-right of the table
  4. click the Constituent magnifying glass and search name
  5. select name if available. If no name found, click Create New next to the magnifying glass. Set the Account Type, then fill out the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Mailing Address)
  6. Billing District: Incorporated Dacula
  7. Billable Type: Real Estate
  8. Class: click the magnifying glass, search and select Utility Property Tax
  9. Map ID: search "U006B" for example and select if available. Click Add to assign a new Map ID and Parcel Address. If a new Address needs to be added, click Add Address
  10. Acreage: 1
  11. Legal Line 1: use "U006B" for Example, or whatever used as Map ID (You can put any unique identifier or note here)
  12. click Add. A new browser tab should open where you will see details of the new record
  13. in the new browser tab screen, down in the Details section, assign the Improvement Value (AKA Building Value, or Property Value)
  14. click Save
  15. You have now created a Utility billable. Close the browser tab. You will compute charges and create statements later
  16. Repeat steps 3-14 for the remaining Utility accounts that need to be created
  17. To compute charges, go to the Real Estate Compute tab
  18. click the magnifying glass next to Compute Group
  19. search Utility Property Tax and select. You should see your Utility Property Tax billables in the table
  20. Override Due Date: set this to the desired Due Date
  21. click Compute Charges, then click Confirm
  22. Wait for the Process Information window to show "Completed" with the total amount charged. Then close the Process Information window
  23. click Verify Charges at the top
  24. select the Utility Property Tax record
  25. click Run Process
  26. Review and then close the report
  27. click Verify
  28. Wait for the Process Information window to show "Finished". Then close the Process Information window
  29. click Create Statements at the top
  30. Tax Year: 2023
  31. StatementGroup: Real Property, Sanitation, Utility (should be the first option)
  32. Statement Date: this is the desired date (usually today's date)
  33. select the record in the table
  34. click Create Statements
  35. wait for the notification, then click ok
  36. click the blue Transactions Dashboard button
  37. go to the Statements table view
  38. select the statements that you want to print, right-click, Print Statements. You may see more than 1 PDF per statement due to different addresses on the record
