1. go to https://reports.certifiedpayments.net/
  2. log in
  3. click the Admin tab option -> Bureau Management -> Add A New User
  4. Under the Personal Information section, fill out the required fields
  5. Under User Information, assign a Username and Time zone. Send the User ID, Temp Password, and Terminal ID to the new user. The user will log in with this info and be prompted to update their password after you have finished setting up the user
  6. Under User Permissions, move the desired Bureaus over to the "User Has Permission To..." section
  7. click Submit Request
