Set Substitute

 

Administrators and Approvers can SET Substitutes in Leave Request Table View from the Admin Features Dashboard.

 

Step 1: On the Admin Features Dashboard ~ Click Leave Request Table View

 

 

Step 2: On the Dashboard ~ Locate the Desired Leave Request

Step 3: Select/Highlight/Click on the Leave Request

Step 4: Right Click on the Chosen Leave Request

Step 5: Click Set Substitute 

 

Step 6: Click the Magnifying Glass Icon

 


Step 7: In the Search Bar ~ Enter the Desired Substitute’s Name and/or ID Number

Step 8: Select/Highlight/Click on the Substitute

 

Step 9: Click Save
