Clock In Location Override Table View

 

Administrators can ADD Clock In Location Overrides in Clock In Location Override Table View from the Admin Features Dashboard.

 

Step 1: On the Admin Features Dashboard ~ Click Clock In Location Override Table View

 

 

Step 2: Click Add

 

 

Step 3: Click the Search Icon (magnifying glass)

 

 

Step 4: Locate the Desired Employee ~ Click on the Desired Employee’s Name/ID

 

 

Step 5: Click the Arrow to reveal the Job Dropdown Menu ~ Select the Desired Job

 

 

Step 6: Enter the Desired Location Name in the Location Box
(Examples: Town Hall, Animal Control, Middle School, High School, etc)

Step 7: Enter the Desired Maximum Distance Allowed

Step 8: Enter the Desired Latitude Coordinate

Step 9: Enter the Desired Longitude Coordinate

Step 10: Click Add

 



to EDIT

Step 2: Select/Highlight/Click the Desired Employee/Job

Step 3: Right Click on the Chosen Employee/Job

Step 4: Click Edit



Step 5: Make the Desired Changes

Step 6: Click Save

 

   NOTE: The only Editable Fields are:

1. Location

2. Maximum Distance

3. Latitude Coordinate

4. Longitude Coordinate



to DELETE

Step 2: Select/Highlight/Click the Desired Employee/Job

Step 3: Right Click the Chosen Employee/Job

Step 4: Click Delete

 

 

Step 5: Click Delete
