If you have any clients that are complaining abut their site being slow. Here are a few ways to troubleshoot that...

  • Check the site for yourself. Possibly run the same process to see how long it takes and if you get results
  • Go into Query or View Tran logs to see if they have any open processes that need to be deleted
  • If it is still running slow then ask Josh to run repairs. Let him know all the things you have tried already
  • If STILL slow, then they may need to do a historical site. Check to see how far their data goes. If it is older than 2018 they may need to do create a historical file (purge). 
  • Additional information that may be helpful:
    • how large is the client's active employee population?  If they are a client with 50 employees that is having issues that would be totally different than a client who has over 1000 employees.
    • search tickets for the client you are working with to see how frequently this issue is occurring and how were the previous issues resolved.
