If a constituent is enrolled in a Personal Property prepaid program, that will be checked on their Constituent Master View


If one piece of their personal property is not part of the prepaid program, change it as follows:
  • Go to constituent's Personal Property Detail Master View, check the Omit From Prepaid Program, and a purple SAVE button will appear.
  • Click on the SAVE button
  • Click on purple Quick Compute and follow through on changes as needed.
