System Parameter 309 needs to be set to False to allow changes to Constituent Primary Address and/or Billable Billing Address on Statements 


  • Transactions/Create Statements process
  • Print PDF Statement (see address needed to be changed)
  • Admin Dashboard/System Parameter/filter 309 set to False, which will 
    change the Constituent Primary Address and/or Billing Address System
  • Print PDF Statement again (address is changed)
