Push PO approval for client

I have talked to Stacy about it. I think there are situations when a user is gone, changed, and the client can't approve them. I don't know for sure if there is a way around it, but for now we will need to do the approval for them. I see that she provided the PO number. It's actually 0500-001. Here are instructions:
Go to PURORD
Set a Dev Lic with code of the day
Go directly to the PO Director Approval
Range on the PO ID
Run, continue, set flags
