There is an Email address field on Person and Business Constituent Master View. This is where you will want to store the email address for any and all Constituents, regardless of if the Constituent opted in to receiving their Statements (Personal Property, Real Estate, Utility, etc).

If the Constituent has opted in to receiving any or all of their Statement(s) via email, mark the Email Statements checkbox True on the Constituent Master View.

Now you are ready to pick who to email Statements to, and which Statements to send them. When you are ready to email Statements out:

  1. go to the Transactions Dashboard (blue button white pencil)
