What This Process Does

  • Resets/Changes an OpenRDA User's Password.
  • Your security access may not allow you to do this process.  If you cannot change the password yourself, please enter a help desk ticket.
  • NOTE:  to change another User's password you must get the Code of the Day and put the Dev_License in place !

OpenRDA Set/Change User Password

1.  Go to Any Module → System Administration → Security → User Profiles


2.  Locate the Desired User's User Identification


3.  From Security Go to Maintenance → Set/Change User Password

  • Setwtpasswd Range Screen will open automatically


4.  Enter the New Password

5.  Range on the User Identification. (CRITICAL STEP!!!)

6. Click Select (Cog)
