What This Process Does

  • Resets an OpenRDA User's Password.

OpenRDA User Password Reset

1. HR → Personnel → System Administration → Security → User Profiles

2. Locate the Desired User's User Identification

3. From Security Go to Maintenance → Set WT Password

  • Setwtpasswd Range Screen will open automatically

4. Enter the New Password

5. Range on the User Identification. (CRITICAL!!!)

6. Click Select (Cog)
