- go to the Water table view
- click Add at the top-right
- click the magnifying glass next to Constituent
- search for the desired owner name
- select the record
- change Billing District dropdown to your District
- click the magnifying glass next to Map ID
- search: "address none"
- select the record
- click the magnifying glass next to Class
- search: "hydrant"
- select the record
- click the magnifying glass next to Meter
- search "hydrant"
- select the record
- click inside the Read Date field, then select a date
- click inside the Previous Reading field to fill this in
- click inside the Current Reading field to fill this in
- (the Current Usage will auto-calculate for you)
- click Add
- a new window will be created
- click the purple QuickCompute button
- click the ClassConfiguration dropdown
- you should see Temp Water Set-Up Fee or Temp Water Usage options
- On the QuickCompute screen, make sure ClassConfiguration dropdown is set to Temp Water Set-Up Fee
- click the checkbox next to Override DueDate
- click inside the Due Date 1 box and select the day that you want the bill due
- click Compute
- click QuickCompute again
- change the ClassConfiguration dropdown to Temp Water Usage
- set the desired Due Date again for Due Date 1
- click Compute
- click the Transactions Dashboard button (blue button with white pencil at top-left of the screen)
- click Create Statements
- StatementGroup: Utility Bills
- StatementDate: this defaults to today's date
- Username: leave blank
- you should see your new charge(s) at the top of the table
- select your new record(s) so that they are both highlighted
- click the purple Create Statements button
- you should see a message that says 1 statement created for however many charges
- on the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down until you see Statements
- click Statements
- you should see your record at the top of the screen
- select the record
- right-click
- Print Statement
