- Recommendation - RDA recommends running the Jobs Not Paid Report for every Payroll to verify that ALL Active Jobs will be paid as intended AFTER selecting the Jobs via Pay Jobs Substitutes (Enterprise Clients ONLY), Pay Jobs in Mass, and/or Pay Individual Jobs is complete.
Jobs Not Paid Report
1. HR → Payroll → Start Tab → Jobs Not Paid
2. Populate all fields, as described below:

3. Range if desired (the most common range option is Pay Group) to limit the number of jobs that might appear on each instance of the report, keeping in mind that you may want to exclude certain jobs from appearing (for example, substitutes)
4. Click Select (Cog) to run the report
5. IF any Jobs are NOT being paid, Add those Jobs to the Payroll via one of the following:
- Pay Jobs Substitutes (Enterprise/Bundle Clients)
- Pay Jobs in Mass
- Pay Individual Jobs
6. Re-Run the Jobs Not Paid Report
NOTE: Run the report as many times as necessary to identify ALL Unpaid Jobs
NOTE: RDA recommends running additional Checks and Balances once the information on the Jobs Not Paid Report(s) has been APPROVED: the Gross Comparison Report (Enterprise Clients) and the Total Select Payroll Report.
